The Pomeranian Club of Central Virginia, Inc (PCCV) is a non-profit organization licensed by the American Kennel Club (AKC). Our parent club is The American Pomeranian Club (APC).

The PCCV is the regional breed rescue for Pomeranian's in Virginia taking in abused, neglected, abandoned, owner surrendered, and stray Pomeranian's.  We also take in Pom's from surrounding states.

If you would like to help our rescue mission, but are not able to adopt one of our Pomernaian's, there are 3 other ways you can help.

I want to help

1.  Our foster families provide all supplies for the rescues in their care out of their own pockets.  Anytime we can offer them a little help is greatly appreciated.  The link below will take you to the PCCV Amazon Wish List.  Any items purchased from this list go directly to current foster families.

2.  Most of our rescues come to us with out of date shots, bad teeth and still intact. Working with a local veterinarian that provides services for our rescues at a discounted rate, we spend on average $200 per Pomeranian for a check-up, updating all shots, dental cleaning and exam, tooth extraction, and spay/neuter when applicable.

Clicking the "Donate" button below will take you to our Paypal page.  All contributions, whether $5 or $50, are appreciated and go straight into our medical fund for Poms requiring more than the basics mentioned above.

3.  Shop online with the Adopt-A-Shelter Rewards Program (How It Works).  A percentage of every purchase you make on major retailers sites is given to the shelter of your choice by the retailer.  It does not cost you anything!  Just click the "Shop Now" button, click what store you want to shop in from the hundreds that participate, it's FREE & EASY.

For example:  Using this link:  Adopt a Shelter PCCV Amazon Link when you shop on Amazon and Amazon will give a donation equal up to 7.5% of your purchase to the PCCV Rescue.

I changed my Amazon Bookmark using this link so I don't even have to think about it!
