1 cup Sour Milk
1 cup Water
1 tsp Vanilla
6 tbsp Cocoa

I keep losing the piece of paper I have the ingredients scrawled on whenever I have sour milk to use and of course as I'm packing for the move I finally found it, so I am taking a short break from packing to transcribe the recipe here for all (and me) to find and use at anytime for eternity!
This cake always taste best the second day. I swear it gets moister and more flavorful overnight like banana bread.
